This division was the foundation of The Scientific Group and remains the largest division. "Point of Care" testing and Primary Health Care is becoming increasingly important and is providing areas for dramatic growth. As suppliers of rapid diagnostic tests both in first and third world regions throughout Africa, healthcare is made more accessible to more people due to the efforts of this division.

The Division has kept pace with the international trend of laboratory automation, and through our dedicated local and export staff, has taken this technology throughout Sub Saharan Africa.
