SERVICE DIVISION
Our Service Division covers South Africa , Indian Ocean Islands and Sub-Saharan Africa . We support more than 12 000 different instrument installations. We believe that we have the largest service division within the Medical industry in South Africa. Forty six technicians and support staff are based across South Africa in Johannesburg, Cape Town, Bloemfontein, Durban and Port Elizabeth.
Our technicians are continuously trained on new and existing equipment in South Africa and across the world. Our main service hub is in Johannesburg and with our customer call centre, we are able to manage technicians, their activities and customer requests. In addition to this, we sub contract to various companies who utilize our infrastructure to support their equipment. Outside our own business we have a dedicated workshop for Medication Delivery Systems and Vaporiser Service Centre.
