Repairs

• Repairs performed on all our equipment in South Africa most Sub Saharan countries

Preventative Maintenance Contracts

• Either two or four times per annum dependant on instrument type

Full Maintenance Contracts

• All inclusive of preventative maintenance (PM) servicing, parts, labour and travel for a minimum period of one year

Calibration/Certification

• Calibration and Certification on most types of pipettes
• Service and repair with Calibration of all Anaesthetic Vaporisers

Nature of Servicing:

Clinical Laboratory Equipment

• Our Clinical service division supports all equipment supplied by our company and most general laboratory equipment. We offer preventative maintenance, all repairs and certification for accreditation on products where it is required. In addition, we offer two forms of service agreements, either a Preventative or a Full maintenance on all of our products.

Medical Equipment

• Our Medical service division supports all equipment supplied by our company and most types of hospital and theatre equipment. We offer preventative maintenance, all repairs, and calibration of Vaporisers. In addition, we offer two forms of service agreements, either a Preventative or a Full maintenance on all of our products.
• Baxter Medical Equipment: We have approved and certified service centres nationwide to oversee all Baxter infusion pump systems as well as their Renal equipment and transfusion therapy systems.
• Vaporiser Service Centre: This section currently services and calibrates the majority of Vapourisers in the South African market. All units are stripped, calibrated and serviced to Manufacturers specifications.
